2. Services
Our certificate-based l paths and related sessions are designed to support your professional progression. Services include live workshops, one-on-one coaching, and exam preparation modules.
2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before its start time without any fee. To reschedule, notify us via the contact form.
2.2 Cancellation and Refunds for Services
If you cancel a session at least 7 days before the scheduled start, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days prior are eligible for a partial refund of 50%. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session’s start are non-refundable due to resource allocations and scheduling commitments. This policy reflects our need to maintain high-quality delivery and instructor availability.
2.3 Service Transfer
In lieu of cancellation, you may transfer a session to another participant or apply the session value toward a future service, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. To arrange a transfer, use the contact form.
3. Information Products
Information products include digital study guides, recorded lectures, and practice materials.
3.1 Access and Delivery
Upon purchase, these items become available for immediate download or streaming.
3.2 Refunds for Information Products
Due to the digital nature and instant availability of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions are permitted. This measure ensures clarity and resource integrity for our content creators and learners.
3.3 Alternative Solutions
If you encounter technical issues preventing access, contact us within 5 days of purchase for support. We will work to resolve the matter or provide replacement content.
4. Physical Goods
Physical goods include branded merchandise and printed materials shipped to you.
4.1 Delivery and Inspection
Goods are shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Please inspect all items upon receipt.
4.2 Refunds and swaps for Physical Goods
If an item is defective or damaged, you may request a refund or swap within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the process, contact us via the contact form with photos of the issue. Upon approval, send the item back to our office at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956, Singapore. We will process your refund using the method you used to make the purchase or send a replacement at no extra cost.
